Jessica (she/her) specializes in the Psychiatric assessment and treatment of children, adolescents, and young adults. She has over 20 years of experience treating PTSD, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, OCD, and ADHD- among other mental health concerns. She knows that medication doesn't solve every problem, but can be a necessary tool that aids in supporting therapeutic goals for long term healing. Having worked in a children's psychiatric hospital for much of her career, she is very eager to prevent higher levels of care when possible.

I am Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience, providing medication management and adjunctive psychotherapy to children, adolescents and adults. I believe in a multifaceted collaborative approach to patient-centered care. My focus is on the whole person, including medical, emotional, social, and spiritual aspects. Medication management is just one element of a successful treatment plan and that supportive therapy and teaching coping strategies are valuable tools in treatment. I am currently accepting new patients in the Glen Allen office and/or telehealth.

My life mission is to help people effectively manage their mental health concerns to improve their overall quality of life. Together we will uncover the issues important to you and explore treatment options that are tailored to your optimal mental health. I treat a wide range of mental health diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, schizophrenia, bipolar, sleep disturbances, eating disorders, PTSD, night terrors, trauma related disorders, and anger issues. My treatment approach is simple-- help you get to the underlying cause of your mental health symptoms and offer you effective solutions to help manage them. I believe that medications are only one tool among many that can help improve symptoms of mental health-- in my conversations with patients I put equal emphasis on the importance of good nutrition, optimal gut health, stress management, individual talk therapy, regular exercise, and excellent sleep hygiene. I am now pleased to also be offering ketamine-assisted therapy for individuals with treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, OCD, and PTSD.

Saundra L. Trouslot, NP Saundra L. Trouslot is a Nurse Practitioner in Virginia who has been practicing since 2019. She has a Master of Science in Nursing (Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner) from Walden University, a Master in Public Health in Occupational Health Nursing from the University of North Carolina, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Colorado Mesa University.

David Krukiel, PMHNP-BC is a doctorally prepared Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He received his Bachelor of Science in Health Studies from James Madison University and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bon Secours Memorial College of Nursing before pursuing his Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the Medical University of South Carolina. David has several years of healthcare experience working in various specialties, including intensive care, inpatient mental health, and nursing education. His interests include treating adults with anxiety, depression, bipolar, ADHD, and substance use disorders.

Komal Singh, M.D. is a graduate of Avalon University School of Medicine and completed her residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Hospital with additional fellowship training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Virginia Hospital. Dr. Singh provides psychiatric evaluations and treatment services to children and adolescents. Dr. Singh focuses on taking a personalized approach that takes into account all aspects of the mental health of each individual patient when determining the best method of treatment. Her treatment recommendations include medications, therapy, and lifestyle changes.
