I believe in working as a team to gain symptom control and get life back on track. Medications are beneficial to manage acute symptoms while the real foundational work is done in therapy. Fully licensed and passionate about treating adults and the geriatric population, for a variety of psychiatric diagnoses; ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, eating disorders, pregnancy and lactation mental health care, and gender dysphoria. I offer a non-judgmental, safe, therapeutic environment to work towards being your true authentic self.
