Since founding Treehouse Child Psychiatry, Dr Michael Heck has made it the go-to practice for diagnosis and treatment of ADHD and autism. We provide comprehensive and personalized mental health care for neurodivergent children and adolescents throughout Virginia. We primarily engage in telehealth visits, but will meet in person at our office in Charlottesville as required by law or medical indication, which right now is generally rare. We strive to provide evidence based, high quality care and treat every child as we would our own.
Dr Heck primarily specializes in treatment of adhd and autism. As medical director of ChildHelp, a non-profit residential treatment center for children, and as a UVA faculty member, and parent of a neurodivergent child, he has extensive training and experience with this population.
