I help women and mothers experiencing depression, anxiety, and burnout to have more energy, improve family relationships, improve work performance, increase sex drive, boost self-image, and feel happier and more content. I partner together with my patients to do this by integrating nutrition, supplementations, exercise, therapy with medication management. I also specialize in counseling family members and caregivers of elderly patients with dementia and other complex diagnoses. While I work with patients of all backgrounds, I am passionate about providing culturally-competent care to women of color and those of the Christian faith.
Additionally, I help patients with issues at the intersection of mental and physical health, including gut health and gastrointestinal conditions, with a focus on food and nutrition as a tool of healing.
