I am a functional and integrative psychiatrist who will treat you as a whole person— mind, brain, body, and soul. I combine holistic approaches like nutritional supplementation, herbal/plant-based medicine, advanced laboratory testing, and mind-body medicine with traditional psychiatric approaches like medication and solution-oriented psychotherapy. I specialize in anxiety, depression, bipolar spectrum illness, and PTSD/Trauma.

My goal is not just to prescribe you a medication and send you on your way - it's to be a long-term, trusted partner in helping you achieve a happy and fulfilling life. I focus on holistic mental health, combining prescription medications, talk therapy, and integrative approaches like functional nutrition, mind-body practices, and healthy lifestyle habits.

I received my B.A. in Psychology from Harvard University, my M.D. from the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California, where I graduated with Highest Honors, and Residency Training in Psychiatry from UCLA, where I was nominated as a UCLA Exceptional Physician.
