Welcome! Natalie is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. She enjoys working with adults across the lifespan who are seeking to deepen their understanding of themselves, improve their mental health, and make meaningful changes in their lives. Her clients often face challenges including anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship issues, and stress from academic or professional environments. She has a particular affinity for supporting Gen Z and Millennial individuals, as well as those within the LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse communities. The stigma around mental health treatment can make initiation intimidating, because of this I offer a non judgmental and confidential space to get the treatment you need. As well I focus on the individual and not the diagnosis. Medication management cannot be performed properly if people are all treated the same. Services include medication management/review ,medical marijuana, and first time consultations to discuss a treatment plan. ADHD diagnosis/management is also provided. ADHD is often overlooked or under treated. My goal is to provide a personal experience where we work together for optimal care ensuring all needs are met.

I am a board certified Nurse Practitioner of Psychiatry with a Doctoral Degree from New York University. My clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. I currently provide outpatient medication management and psychotherapy to my clients. In addition to my clinical work, I am a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Program at NYU.
