About
I am a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with six years of combined inpatient psychiatric and medical experience. I earned my MSN from Hunter Bellevue School of Nursing and specialize in psychotherapy and medication management.
As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I combine evidence based practice with empathy, easygoing communication and a solution-focused approach. My approach to therapy and medication management is individualized, collaborative and tailored to fit within the client's goals and lifestyle
With each session, we will work together to help you feel more empowered and enlightened regarding your mental health. While I believe that medications can be great to help lift the load off one's shoulders, I feel that working towards the root of your experiences and traumas leads to the best long-term outcomes.
