I am an ivy league trained psychiatrist who is double board certified in adult and forensic psychiatry. I provide psychotherapy (talk therapy) and/or psychopharmacology (medication) to high functioning adults. Conditions treated in this practice include but are not limited to mood disorders, adjustment disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic illnesses, interpersonal/relationship difficulties as well as issues around trauma, grief and loss. Dr. Ankur Upadhyay is a licensed Psychiatrist. He provides psychiatric care supported by evidence based medical practices, highlighted by his experience with mindfulness based therapies and psychoanalysis. His journey started in India where he gained knowledge in spirituality and the practice of mindful living. He has since completed his Psychiatry residency training at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (Morningside-West Hospitals), and treated patients from diverse backgrounds. He has also completed training in the Intensive Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy program at William Alanson White Institute in NYC.

I am double board certified psychiatrist specializing in numerous psychiatric disorders as well as addiction disorders. I completed training at St. Lukes Roosevelt Hospital, Columbia and a specialty in Addiction at Beth Israel Hospital. For many years I was the Associate Director of the Psychiatric Emergency Department at Kings County Hospital and later became the Director of Woodhull Hospital in Brooklyn, NY. I have lectured about the many forms of addiction at conferences and participated in Grand Rounds for hospitals, discussing addiction and eating disorders.I am on the medical faculty at SUNY Downstate Hospital providing guidance, teaching and mentoring for psychiatric residents.

Dr. Michael Colin is a board-certified, licensed adult psychiatrist in private clinical practice in Chelsea Manhattan at London Terrace Psychiatry. He completed his psychiatric residency at Mount Sinai Beth Israel Hospital in New York City with a focus on addiction psychiatry and the psychoanalytic fellowship at the New York Psychoanalytic Institute. Dr. Colin received his Doctor of Medicine degree at Sackler School of Medicine. He graduated from Boston University majoring in psychology and biology as well as a post-baccalaureate program at Columbia University.

Rivka Moskowitz is an ANCC Board-Certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She received her Master’s Degree at Stony Brook University where she trained to work with a variety of mental health disorders to those across the lifespan including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders. Her mission is to provide empathic, attentive, and evidence-based care by utilizing an integrative psychotherapy and medication management approach to treatment. She strives to provide a nonjudgmental, open and honest environment to all clients.

As an ANCC Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with years of experience treating clients of diverse backgrounds in multiple settings, including partial hospitalization programs, inpatient units, homeless shelters, and private practice, I value the uniqueness of the human condition and tailor my treatment plans accordingly to reflect the needs of my clients using evidence-based treatment strategies to promote and enhance the recovery and healing process. Dr. Ben received his MD from Cornell University, his BA from Williams College, and completed his residency in general psychiatry and fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at The Mount Sinai Hospital. He has served as Chief Resident of the Department of Psychiatry at Mount Sinai and has been featured on NBC's Today show.

I am a board certified adult psychiatrist specializing in women’s mental health/reproductive psychiatry, licensed in both NY and CA. I have advanced training in diagnosing and treating mental health disorders related to infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and PMDD. I also treat the general adult population with mood, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, bipolar and psychotic disorders. With a holistic and patient centered approach, I combine an understanding of psychopharmacology and psychodynamic psychiatry to both alleviate symptoms and further, to help patients strive towards achieving meaning, balance and well-being in their lives.

I am a Doctoral trained Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with 20+ years of health care experience and 16 years of psychopharmacology and psychotherapy expertise. I received my Doctorate and Master’s degrees from the prestigious Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) IHP in Boston. I provide a safe environment and partnership with my clients. I am a board-certified psychiatrist and graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) and New York University (NYU). After graduating as chief resident, I went on to pursue a fellowship and work in the public sector serving those most in need.
