I specialize in treating adults (18y/o+) with a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, ADHD, trauma, and insomnia. People come to me for medication, psychotherapy, and alternative treatments to improve mental health. I believe in education, encourage behavioral changes (ie diet, exercise, sleep), and teach mindfulness. We will listen carefully to your intuition about what your mind and body need to feel safe and grounded. When appropriate, I prescribe psychiatric medications to help reduce symptoms so that your mentality can shift and important changes can occur.
