My name is Dr. Annette Smith, I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner graduate from Columbia University. Ms. Ottah is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who graduated from Adelphi University with a Master’s in Nursing. With over 10 years of experience as a registered nurse, she has primarily worked in the challenging environment of correctional health, providing care to patients with severe mental health problems, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders. Her journey reflects her steadfast commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of her future patients.

I am an ANCC board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I first earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Delaware. I served as a nurse in several fields and joined the Army Reserve as a medic. In 2021, I earned my Master of Science in Nursing at National University. I specialize in psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy for patients with depression, anxiety, mood and personality disorders, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

I am an ANCC board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I bring a unique blend of experiences to practice. With a solid foundation forged during my eight-year tenure in the United States Army, I developed resilience, discipline and a commitment to service. I attended Chamberlain University for my Bachelor of Science in Nursing and earned my Master of Science in Nursing in Leadership and Administration from Capella University. Subsequently, I obtained a post-master’s certificate as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) from Walden University.

Dr. Matthew Koller is a board-certified adult psychiatrist who is joining the Talkiatry team as a staff psychiatrist after completion of his psychiatry residency. Dr. Koller believes that a person must be known before they are treated, and he works with patients to understand their goals of care while prioritizing a collaborative treatment approach. His practice focuses on medication management, however he allows space for supportive therapy and other therapeutic modalities within sessions. He may include a therapist in the treatment plan for optimal care.

Dr. Green (she/her) holds the position of staff psychiatrist at Talkiatry. She is board-eligible in adult psychiatry. She received her medical degree from New York Institute of Technology's College of Osteopathic Medicine on Long Island, NY. Her adult residency training was completed at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) in Richmond, VA. In addition to general, adult psychiatry, Dr. Green is clinically experienced and interested in treating patients of a wide variety.
