He completed his psychiatric residency at Mount Sinai Beth Israel Hospital in New York City with a focus on addiction psychiatry and the psychoanalytic fellowship at the New York Psychoanalytic Institute. Dr. Colin received his Doctor of Medicine degree at Sackler School of Medicine. He graduated from Boston University majoring in psychology and biology as well as a post-baccalaureate program at Columbia University.

Patrick Haenlein, MD (pronouns: he/him) is a double-board certified Psychiatrist and Psychotherapist, who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of mood, anxiety, and substance use disorders. He completed his general adult psychiatry training at Creedmoor Psychiatric Center and Columbia University Medical Center before continuing his education at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center where he completed his addiction psychiatry fellowship. Currently, he is an Attending Psychiatrist in the psychiatric emergency room at Mount Sinai West & Morningside Hospitals where he teaches medical students and residents.
