I specialize in women’s mental health throughout the life cycle, including in pregnancy & the postpartum. For the past 10 years, until recently, I worked in a fast-paced urban university setting with undergrad & graduate students. Issues ranged from anxiety, depression; SOGI-related; trauma/PTSD; executive (dys)function/ADHD. I offer traditional (RX, therapy) & complementary treatments (diet/supplements, exercise, sleep, lifestyle, etc.). Combined med & psychotherapy or either alone is available.

Victor McGregor, PMHNP-BC, Ph.D., has an extensive career in both psychology and psychiatry. He earned his Ph.D. in Depth Psychology from Union Institute and University, and his PMHNP from Columbia University, Advanced Post Master Psychiatric Nurse Training Program, and his Masters in Psychiatric Nursing from the University Pennsylvania. Dr. McGregor is motivated by the diverse complexities of the human mind, and explores the underlying biological, psychological, social, developmental, and even metaphysical elements of holistic health.

I am a New York trained, Board Certified Psychiatrist, who has worked in several different hospitals in all of the major boroughs. I understand the fast paced stressors of living in New York. I am a psychopharmacologist who specializes in the psychiatric treatment of adults with medication management. I attended New York University Medical School and NYU Psychiatry Residency. I have had the honor of being Unit Chief of the Inpatient Psychiatric Services at Elmhurst Hospital. I have also been the Associate Director and the Director of the Psychiatric Emergency Room at the Mount Sinai Hospital. I have been an Assistant Clinical Professor in Psychiatry at the Mount Sinai Hospital since 2000 where I teach residents and medical students. I am Board-Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology since 1998.

Tahara Miah is a board certified psychiatric mental health practitioner. She emphasizes the mind-body connection and cultivating a therapeutic relationship. She encourage progress by providing medication management and therapeutic interventions that are tailored to you and relieve the symptoms that you are struggling with. Mr. Malecki completed his Bachelor of Science in Psychology as well as his advanced practice nursing degree at Stony Brook University. He also received his Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at SUNY Downstate Medical Center and has a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Adelphi University. He is currently working at Modern Integrative Psychiatry in NYC.

Dr. Sonal Harneja is board-certified in adult psychiatry and specializes in medication management and various psychotherapies to treat anxiety and depressive disorders. Dr. Harneja completed her undergraduate studies at Stony Brook University and received her medical degree from the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences (now called Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences). She completed her adult psychiatry residency at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

He is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10+ years of experience working in hospitals and clinical settings. Mr. Berrios tailors treatment to the individual based on evidence based practice in psychopharmacology along with supportive, solution therapy. I am an NYU-educated, ANCC Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in providing authentic and non-judgmental nursing care.
