Patricia Carter is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner. She is a mastered prepared advanced nurse with ten plus years of nursing experience. Knowledgeable in caring and treating patients in inpatient, outpatient, crisis, and skilled long-term settings. She is actively involved in promoting recovery for those with mental illness, addiction, and trauma through the integration of innovative and evidence based clinical practice and psychosocial needs.

**I am now accepting medication management patients** I have had the privilege of working in outpatient mental healthcare since 2014. I left my employed position in 2019 with a vision to create a clinic that would offer a more individualized patient experience and allow me to provide the care that I know that my patients need and deserve. Our clinic offers a comforting, caring, and non-judgmental environment for our patients. To allow time to understand your needs our first appointment will be up to 90 minutes in length and we have flexible follow-up appointment lengths ranging from 25 minutes to 1 hour.

Dr. Crystal Montague, DNP, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, is a dually board-certified family and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with several years of training and expertise treating patients across the lifespan (child to elderly) in a variety of practice settings from hospitals to outpatient clinics. Dr. Montague provides compassionate, therapeutic care, utilizing an evidenced-based, collaborative approach with patients while formulating treatment plans. She strongly advocates for patients to receive appropriate community and school resources, and psychological testing. She is always happy to assist with bridging those connections.

I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 8+ years of nursing experience in the psychiatric field ranging from child and adult inpatient care to community mental health crisis stabilization and substance abuse treatment. I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of North Carolina and Master's Degree at Walden University. My focus is on the treatment of mood disorders, psychotic disorders, and substance abuse through assessments and medication management.

Dr. Strother graduated from Case Western Reserve medical school in Cleveland Ohio, and completed his psychiatry residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He is a board-certified psychiatrist, and has been proud to practice his specialty in the US Army as an active duty physician. Dr. Strother is also an attorney who previously specialized in corporate tax law. Doc B as he is frequently called by many of his patients, enjoys both outpatient psychiatry and inpatient acute care.
