Hi, I'm Jess! I am an ANCC Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, an ICF & CPD Accredited Somatic Trauma-Informed Coach, and a Level IV Brainspotting Provider. Renee has worked in the mental health field for most of her life. First as a psychiatric nurse, and then as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, capable of working with clients throughout the life cycle. In 2014, Renee was the first nurse in the nation to complete a psychiatric nurse practitioner residency program in a Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Renee received her Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2015 from the Medical University of South Carolina. She enjoys clinical work and teaching and has held academic positions and is currently the director of a training program for psychiatric nurse practitioners.

My primary goal is to help you or your child heal and be the best version of yourself. Our initial meeting will include psychiatric evaluation and assessment of need for medication. I am well-versed in psychotherapy and natural healing and use various modalities to help individuals regain both emotional and physical health. I started my career doing an internship at a prestigious children’s hospital in the Texas Medical Center on an adolescent GI unit where I was able to work with individuals with eating related disorders. I am a physician assistant with +12 years of experience and oversee Stella Center's New York clinic, supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and TBI. Dr Somorin is triple board certified in Psychiatry, Addiction Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. He has been listed as a top psychiatrist in the Hudson Valley Magazine yearly from 2006 to 2019. He graduated from Montefiore Medical Center, Bronx NY in August 1999He then completed a one year fellowship in Addiction Psychiatry from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx NY. He treats clients struggling with anxiety, depression or substance abuse.

My name is Kyle Wiktor and I have been a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2001 and a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner since 2012. I have worked in most areas of inpatient and outpatient mental health and chemical dependency. I am comfortable with most general psychiatric issues. Dr. Welge completed his Residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, based at Elmhurst Hospital Center in Queens, NY. For most of the past 10 years, Dr. Welge has primarily worked as an Outpatient Psychiatrist in a Community-based Behavioral Health Center in rural Pennsylvania, where he enjoyed building relationships with clients. Dr. Welge also has a Master's in Physiology, and that background served as a strength, as one's medical issues become as important as one's psychiatric issues as one ages.
