As a result of my Yale, Duke, and MGH psychiatric training, I’ve honed my observations into effective working theories about the biopsychosocial factors that influence peoples’ vitality and well-being. Olga is committed to helping people find relief from depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, and OCD. She offers compassionate, patient-focused treatments for mood and anxiety disorders using Ketamine, TMS and Psychedelic Therapy / Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), as well as psychiatric medication management and treatment consultation services.

Dr. Kitts is based in Cambridge, MA (zoom or in person), but also licensed to practice (via zoom) in Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New Hampshire, so is ideal for undergrad or grad students as they can attend school in one of those states and live in another. He is a Harvard Trained Psychiatrist who has over 15 years working with children, teens, and young adults with a focus on those struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, motivation, relational issues, perfectionism and burnout. He has a particular interest in college students and working with those just out of college/early in their work career.

Angel provides comprehensive psychiatric care to children, adolescents, adults, and families in order to help them achieve their mental health goals. She offers assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, including medication management and psychotherapy, for a variety of complex mental health conditions, such as anxiety, panic, mood disorders, ADHD, eating disorders, and trauma-related disorders. Angel has special interest and training in the treatment of OCD and related disorders. She provides psychotherapy with a person-centered approach, specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy (with exposure and response prevention).

I specialize in providing unbiased nonjudgmental care while recognizing the unique background and experience of each patient. I am a physician Board Certified in Adult psychiatry, specializing in medication management of a variety of mental health-related problems, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, insomnia, obsessive-compulsive conditions, etc. I am also treating substance abuse-related conditions, including opioid dependence. I offer primarily IN-PERSON appointments in our office in Woburn. Telehealth appointments are optional depending on the complexity and treatment needs.

I am a Harvard-trained psychiatrist treating adults, people facing concerns around pregnancy, and couples in metro Boston. Appointments are available both via telehealth and in-person at my office in Boston's Financial District, convenient to all MBTA lines. How do we learn to understand and trust what our feelings are saying to us? What makes it possible to change entrenched ways of coping that are not working? My focus in therapy is to help patients deepen their personal relationships and find their work more rewarding; medication can sometimes help alleviate symptoms that interfere with achieving these goals. By providing a safe and supportive environment for the patient's search for self-understanding, and listening closely to what is being said and not said, I collaborate with the patient in finding creative and pragmatic ways to overcome obstacles to change.
