I treat anxiety, depression, OCD, bipolar disorder, and ADHD. I do medication management — but I think of medication as a life jacket, not swim lessons. It can keep you afloat while the real work happens. My goal is always the right amount of medication, which is usually less than you'd expect, and ideally less over time.
Mental health care shouldn't feel like being handed a prescription and sent home. My approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in real life. We figure out what's actually driving your symptoms, build a plan that fits how you live, and adjust as you grow.
