Dave Kyrie has dedicated his career to the service of others. With 18 years in healthcare, he has worked in a variety of settings including trauma, intensive care, behavioral health, surgical recovery, and deployed medicine with the US Army. He has seen how the challenges and tragedies of life can affect people, and his dedication to help others to recover in a hospital changed to a passion to collaborate with patients to improve the quality of their life. This passion led him to pursue education as a PMHNP where he focused primarily on adult and adolescent mood disorders, traumatic response, and recovery from substance use.

At my private practice, I greatly enjoy helping people dealing with mental health issues including depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and some substance use disorders. We will focus as a team on what YOU want to get out of treatment. As a physician, I view my primary role as an educator. We will spend a lot of time sharing information that will guide us in developing your individualized treatment plan. My goals for you are the goals you set for yourself. I provide both medication management and individual psychotherapy, with emphasis on healthy lifestyle activities. I serve young adults to seniors.

I am dedicated to thoughtful and persisting care for my Adolescent, Adult, and Elder Adult patients. I believe it is my job first to help my patients be heard. When one is able to articulate and discuss his or her concerns, then the meaning of these issues comes into better focus. On the basis of this information, we can build a more lasting, substantial plan to best meet one’s unique needs and goals. I am extremely grateful to Vanderbilt and Johns Hopkins for my medical & Psychiatry residency training. I am especially grateful to my patients. They have taught me most of all.

I am uniquely Board Certified in adult as well as child and adolescent psychiatry. I completed adult psychiatry residency at Wayne State University MI then furthered education with child psychiatry fellowship at Brown University RI. I have worked in various clinical settings including inpatient units, outpatient, residential facilities and ER. As a child psychiatrist I have enjoyed working at school based clinics, academic institutions and community mental health agencies. These years of extensive clinical experience enable me to utilize various modalities of treatment for all age groups.

I am here to help you to help yourself function as best as you can and to grow into who you want to be. I have provided medication management for individuals age 4-84. I am board certified in child and adolescent psychiatry and specialize in conflict resolution between children and parents.

Tai Sowunmi is a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, licensed in the state of Indiana, with a passion for providing comprehensive mental health care. Eric Lyakhovetsky is a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and has been involved in the psychiatric care of children and adults since 2010. He has studied at a variety of colleges including Indiana University, Bloomington before finishing his masters at Indiana University, Purdue University, Indianapolis. Eric takes a holistic, patient-centered approach to treatment, with an emphasis on helping patients to understand their conditions and treatment options. He has extensive experience working with children, teens and adults ranging up to age 35 with a variety of conditions including ADHD, anxiety, depression and trauma.

Dr. Scott Siegall is a board-certified psychiatrist with over 25 years of experience specializing in the treatment of mood disorders, psychotic disorders, anxiety disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), eating disorders, geriatric and personality disorders. Dr. Siegall provides assessment and diagnosis, as well as medication management focusing on the individual needs of each client using the most recent evidenced-based treatment options.

Jimmy Chenowith is a Nurse Practitioner in Indiana who has been practicing since 2022. He received his Associate's degree in Nursing from Midlands Technical College in South Carolina in 2007. Jimmy went on to receive his Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Western Governors University in 2014, and later completed his Master's degree in nursing in 2021. Jimmy has been practicing as an RN for 17 years prior to becoming an NP. He feels this experience is invaluable and provides a foundation that is unique in its own way.

I am board certified as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner coming from a background of providing care to individuals in the emergency and inpatient setting, where I addressed a full range of mental health concerns. I have experience treating individuals suffering from ADHD, ASD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, schizophrenia, substance use and personality disorders.

Our wonderful patients come from all walks of life. They seek evaluation, treatment, and relief from depression or suicidal thoughts that are resistant to antidepressants and/or other medications. We care for patients either as their primary psychiatric provider or upon referral to us from other medical or therapy providers. We treat with Spravato (generic name esketamine) or ketamine. I see adults, adolescents, and children ages six and older. My ideal client is someone who has had anxiety, panic attacks, irritability, anger management problems, depression, insomnia, loneliness, or suicidal thoughts. If you have fibromyalgia or memory problems sometimes there are ways to turn that around. I do medical screening to see whether there might be a medical issue that contributes to your psychiatric symptoms. Metabolism can be an issue and some might lose weight in treatment.
