Welcome to Florida Neuropsychiatric Institute. I have been practicing psychiatry in Fort Lauderdale for over 25 years. I have a passion working with children, adolescents, adults and seniors who are struggling with issues related to mental health and/or addiction. As the founder of Florida Neuropsychiatric Institute, not only do I provide general psychiatric care, but I am also one of the few trained neuropsychiatrists in the United States. Born and raised in Brooklyn NY. I completed my Associates in Applied Science Nursing From Brookdale Community College, Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Aspen University, and Masters of Science in Nursing at Walden University. I currently hold the title of Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) in New York, New Jersey and Florida. I have worked the last 4 years in the Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program at Richmond University Medical Center in Staten Island, NY.
