Hello! I am a nurse practitioner who has been helping those with mental health issues for many years. I do medication management. I also do tele-health visits.I am a kind and compassionate practitioner that focuses on the whole person and their needs.

I am an adult psychiatrist practicing in Fairfield, CT. I work with a variety of patients; from people having difficulties adjusting to new life situations to those suffering with depression and anxiety. With my patients, we decide together what kind of therapy would best suit their individual needs. Sometimes it's weekly therapy and sometimes I may recommend medication. The overall goal is always the same: to help you gain an understanding of the problem at hand, to support you in the process of recovery, and to complete treatment with a healthier and happier frame of mind and body.

My great reward as a prescriber is when my clients do well. I can help you reach your goals but we have to work together and find best treatment options. I started this practice to help patients needing psychiatric med management . I do not prescribe Benzo's or stimulants (no control substances). My practice hours are M-W-TH 5-7:30 pm some Saturdays.
