I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve their optimal level of mental health. With almost 9 years of experience in psychiatry, I have developed a deep understanding of the complexities of psychiatric symptoms, medications, and the role therapy plays in helping you be the best version of yourself! My approach is patient-centered, and I work closely with each individual to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses their unique medication goals to optimize your health.
I also am offering certain days with extended evening hours and some weekends to best assist those with busy schedules, please call and inquire.
I use various modalities to treat the person as a whole. I am well versed in treating anxiety disorders, depressive, bipolar spectrum, PTSD, OCD, ADHD as well as various addictions. I utilize lab work, encourage sleep studies, neuropsychological testing and refer to out to local acupuncture as needed.
