I am a board-certified, Columbia University-trained psychiatric nurse practitioner (NP) specializing in psychiatric evaluation, medication management, psychotherapy, and alternative treatments to improve mental health. My holistic approach combines personalized medicine with my passion for listening deeply to your experience. By going beyond the symptoms that bring you into treatment, I will partner with you to help you achieve more joy and fulfillment in your life.
I believe in education, encourage behavioral interventions (ie diet, exercise, sleep), and teach mindfulness. We will listen carefully to your intuition about what your mind and body need to feel safe and grounded. When appropriate, I prescribe psychiatric medications to help reduce symptoms so that your mentality can shift and important changes can occur.
I offer appointments over VIDEO ONLY during daytime hours, evenings and weekends. The best way to get in touch is to email me so that we can find a time to schedule a phone screening. Please note that I do not take insurance. I can provide you with an invoice that you can submit to your insurance for direct reimbursement.
