I have been working in mental health for over 20 years. I offer traditional talk therapy. I hope to help people discover their own inner "therapist" and get in touch with the wise part of themselves. While I want you to feel generally safe in therapy, therapy should be uncomfortable at times, as we confront together your unconscious parts.
