I specialize in narcissistic abuse recovery. I offer in person and virtual Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Workshops. Are tired of the same toxic relationships? My workshops involve learning about narcissism, how it presents, how our own beliefs can leave us vulnerable to narcissistic type people and how to begin to heal. I incorporate CBT, psychodynamic and shadow work in my workshops. I utilize my 5 years of narcissistic abuse specialization to tailor these workshops to help individuals heal.

How Did I Get Here- Narcissistic Abuse Recovery
**Next Workshop is 8/25/24** This is a 4 hour workshop that will help individuals learn their deep wounds that leave them vulnerable to narcissistic abuse relationship, how to heal those wounds and protect themselves from finding themselves in another narcissistic abuse relationship. This workshop will also focus on learning the warning signs to narcissism, the different ways it can present and touch on narcissistic parent's as well.

Virtual only weekly Narcissistic Abuse Recovery process group. Facilitated by Catherine Castillo, therapist at Onyx Counseling and Wellness Center. Each group is $60 and months worth of group payment is due at the beginning of the month. Held on Thursdays from 6pm-7:30pm.
