I help people who are experiencing excessive anxiety, whether it’s panic attacks, unrelenting worries, incapacitating phobias, etc, or unwanted obsessive thoughts & compulsions (OCD), learn to overcome feelings of hopelessness, frustration, shame and loneliness so that they can live a rich and meaningful life without feeling judged or unsupported. Therapy is provided exclusively via teletherapy for adults (18+). I am also an adjunct faculty member at the University of Minnesota, School of Social Work.
I specialize in Anxiety & OCD, utilizing a form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) called Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP), which research has shown to be the most effective way to free people from their intrusive thoughts & compulsions. I integrate elements of Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) to provide a holistic approach.
It’s true that this will require time & money, and there are no guarantees…but the chances are very good that you’ll be able to significantly change your life and have a much brighter future. Is that worth the investment?
