I will provide empathy, warmth, and non-judgmental support, so that we can build a trusting, nurturing relationship. It is my belief that therapy should be a collaborative effort between therapist and client, and I value making you feel heard and understood in hopes that you can show up authentically. Together, we will work as a team to help you reach your goals and grow into a flourishing version of yourself.
Previously, I have worked at an addiction treatment center for women and an eating disorder hospital for adolescents and adults. I am qualified to provide therapy from the modalities of CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy. I see clients ages 10 and up.
