I work with people experiencing anxiety and depression, relationship and family system issues, substance use/addiction and needing support with social skills.
As a therapist, I use a person centered, trauma informed approach. I utilize components of Play Therapy, CBT and Mindfulness. My goal is to support you by providing a safe space to explore emotions and life experiences, and to practice useful thinking and behavioral strategies.
