I strive to help individuals, couples and families work through a variety of issues and facilitate the change they desire. I provide a safe and comfortable environment to explore current and past issues that are creating problems for you, while fostering personal insight and change. I have significant experience working with adolescents and adults who are dealing with depression, anxiety, grief & loss, life-transitions; families experiencing blended family issues or parent/child conflict.
I have over 25 years experience working with Adults, Teens and Couples. I have taken special training to assist my work with couples using Gottman Method of therapy to assist improving relationship satisfaction.
