I offer 1:1 in person sessions at Fern Street - London - E3 3PS on Wednesdays. I also work Online or via Telephone Mon-Fri from 10am-5pm. I offer walk and talk sessions in natural spaces on Mondays in Tower Hamlets at two locations, Victoria park and Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park. In person session cost £65 I can help you work through past and current relationships to better understand how they affect you. I work by engaging in the here-and-now therapeutic relationship between us as an opportunity to understand how you relate to yourself and others in your life, and we can explore how your past might be affecting your present life.
I can help with Anxiety, Depression, Loss and Bereavement, Family Conflict and Relationship issues, and Stress Related Issues. I have added a booking calendar on my website www.swcounselling.uk That way we wouldn't have to go back and forth via emails to choose a day and time that best suits you.
In grief and bereavement therapy, my approach centres around creating a safe and compassionate space for clients to process their emotions, explore their thoughts, and find meaning in their loss. My therapy sessions are designed to help you process your emotions, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and find a renewed sense of purpose and meaning in life.
