I personally experienced the hope that comes as a result of someone walking alongside me. My desire is to create this safe experience for men and women who are seeking therapy for the first time! My approach with clients is empathetic, non-judgmental, and encouraging.

I believe unresolved pain from your past can get in the way of a healthy relationship with yourself, others, and God. If a client chooses, I also work from a faith-based perspective and can help my clients integrate faith into their healing. I help my clients gently confront difficult issues with self-compassion.
