These disruptions can impact how we see ourselves, how we see others, and how we perceive the world in a negative way. I draw from the modalities of CBT, DBT, Person-Centered Therapy, and SandTray Therapy.
I work closely and collaboratively with you to explore emotions, identify feelings, process difficult experiences, and help you develop the skills you need to make effective changes.
