As a therapist who’s been to therapy, I want to keep it real with you- therapy is hard work. It’s made up of many moving parts: awkwardness with opening up to a stranger, vulnerability from expressing emotions in a new space (maybe even for the first time), anger that can surface from unresolved trauma, & emotional exhaustion that comes with processing. But it's so worth it. That hard work can lead to a deeper understanding of yourself, healthier relationships, stronger boundaries, more emotional clarity, or finding and claiming more peace.
My areas of experience include supporting the LGBTQIA+ community, working with foster/adoptive families, & providing trauma-informed care. I’m proud to offer gender-expansive care, support while navigating challenges that come with living authentically, guidance through the complexities of attachment/transition, & help with healing from painful experiences.
My role is to help you feel more grounded, more confident, and more connected to the life you want to live. I’m excited to meet you wherever you’re at, offering a safe space rooted in compassion, inclusivity, and deep respect for your life story. I'm happy to provide WPATH letters in accordance with SOC8 standards.

I work with clients to ensure they have a safe, affirming space to process the many emotions that come with religious trauma, sexual & gender identity, and other life transitions. I'm excited to share that I'm now trained in A.R.T. (accelerated resolution therapy) which uses bilateral eye movements to process past traumatic events. Ask me about incorporating this into sessions!
