Brainspotting, Healing & Recovery - let's collaborate to discover the therapy approach that fits best for you. I offer compassion-based therapy including Brainspotting, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindful Self-Compassion. These are proven ways to help us make meaningful changes in our lives. I believe that we all have the skills and strengths needed to heal and make positive changes in our lives. Therapy can help us access our innate strengths and create meaningful change in our lives.
I offer therapy to help folks with a variety of mental health issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, shame, and lack of motivation. I also help folks with substance use issues from a non-judgmental harm reduction stance. Our sessions can include trauma processing, talk therapy, formal mindfulness practices, meditations, and other activities.
It is important to find a therapist that fits with your values, goals, and personality. Please read through my bio, perspective, and experience. If you feel that I could be a good fit for you, give me an email or call and we can discuss next steps. You can find more information about me on my website www.intrinsicchange.com.
