Someone with fifteen years of professional experience working anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as everything from shame and grief, anger and fear, to contentment and joy. I currently work online with the option of walk-and-talk (depending on location). I have a long history working with 2SLGBTQ+ people (I am queer myself) and am committed to anti-oppressive and decolonised counselling. I love supporting people through hard times, and to build sustainable wellness, rather than patching people up to go back to painful lives.
I'm trained in many therapies (EFT, CBT, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, behaviour therapy, ecotherapy, and more), and I learn, grow from, and am grateful for each of my clients and their journeys.
