You might be feeling anxious and stressed at the moment or looking for support for something that has been an issue for a long time. I will create a space for you to explore things you might not have been able to speak about before. I have a wide experience base as the foundation to my private practice. This includes Psychiatric rehabilitation, drug and alcohol treatment services, eating disorders, acute adolescent psychiatric inpatient settings and work with children and young people in the care system. I work integratively which means I draw from a range of therapeutic models to create a care plan that best fits your needs.

I specialise in working with women who have relationship difficulties, extreme stress, low self-esteem or who are concerned about problems relating to family, parenting, fertility or menopause or who simply feel a deep sense that something isn't right. Are you feeling adrift, frustrated, or misunderstood? Do you feel your needs, desires, or personal boundaries play second fiddle to those of others? I am a warm and compassionate Consultant Clinical Psychologist registered with the British Psychological Society, Health and Care Professions Council, and the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies.
 I have over 15 years experience in the NHS and have worked in various positions and different contexts, working with adults and young people. My most recent post was as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist working across three prisons in Surrey. I have extensive experience of providing psychological therapy, draw on the latest evidence, and tailor the therapy to your current needs and presenting difficulties.

I realise that seeking therapy may feel daunting and I know how important it is that you find a therapist you can trust with your innermost thoughts and feelings. Perhaps you have come to a time in your life when you feel you need some extra support for whatever challenges and difficulties you are facing. It may be that you have suffered a loss, a relationship issue or experienced a significant life event or that you feel the weight of depression or anxiety.
