Are you feeling anxious or suffering from a low mood? Perhaps you are experiencing relationship problems or struggling to understand yourself? Having a safe, supportive space where you can explore these issues can be a useful way of developing your self-awareness and becoming a more well-rounded person. I work with individuals who are over 18 and who wish to explore their challenging emotions. For an informal chat about counselling and what it can offer, please give me a call. There is no obligation to continue and I am happy to help. My private practice is based in Ipswich and off-road parking is available.
I offer an open-ended or short-term service, giving you as much time as you need. Each session lasts for 1 hour, allowing you the opportunity to discuss any problems or issues that may be affecting you. Working largely in a humanistic way, I tailor my approach to the individual and their unique set of needs.
Any difficulties that you are experiencing will be dealt with sensitively and in a transparent manner. I take a down-to-earth approach to counselling and always encourage individuals to be as authentic as possible. Through gentle exploration and kindly curiosity, maybe we can find the answers that you are looking for?
