I am warm and friendly and offer clients a safe space to explore their thoughts and feelings in a non judgemental way. Life can get in the way. Often there doesn’t seem time to absorb what has happened or how it has affected us.. Dealing with anxiety, stress, grief and loss are always hard so finding the right counsellor with whom you feel safe secure and listened to is the most important ingredient to enable you to explore and manage overwhelming thoughts and feelings. Together, we can face these feelings.
I work in a confidential setting in Brentwood. I also offer walk and talk therapy which is a variation of traditional counselling but experienced outdoors. I offer both short and long term counselling. If you feel I could be of help please call or email me.
I specialise in supporting families who have experienced the loss of a loved one or who have an illness themselves. I also have experience of working with relationship issues (individual) stress anxiety and depression. I hold a professional diploma in therapeutic counselling.
