Sometimes when life feels overwhelming, it can be helpful to talk to somebody, but it can be hard to know where to start. You may have feelings of anxiety, depression, loss, guilt, low self-worth or a general feeling of being stuck and not quite sure why. I offer a non-judgemental, supportive and confidential space where we can start to unpick and explore some of your underlying issues, helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your world.
As an integrative therapist, I draw on a variety of different therapeutic approaches in my work with clients, depending on what may best suit an individual’s needs and circumstances. My role in the counselling process is to offer you a space to safely share your thoughts and feelings, ensuring you feel heard and met with respect, empathy and trust.
I believe that warmth, compassion and kindness are the key ingredients to a successful counselling relationship, and finding the right counsellor for you is essential.
