The beauty of my practice is recognising your individualisation and tailoring how I can help with your needs through a holistic approach encompassing counselling, CBT, and coaching. The last few years I've helped the majority of my clients with anxiety, depression and low mood, bereavement, loss and profound change. I've supported men and women of all ages (21+) but perhaps you should know I'm a peri-menopausal woman, so I can appreciate the rollercoaster that women 40+ are experiencing both mentally and physically. I get it!
