I partner with individuals and couples who want a place to reflect and make sense of their current difficulties so that they can get back on track. I offer a friendly, down to earth, research backed approach both online and face to face. I can provide counselling, psychotherapy and coaching, or a combination as determined by your unique needs. I start from the perspective that people make sense i.e. their behaviour and what they are experiencing have meaning that can be understood in the context of their history and their current life context.

My name is Marek and I am an Integrative Counsellor & Psychotherapist, registered and accredited member of BACP. Over the years, I have worked with adult individuals and couples, who have come to me with many presenting difficulties. I supported them with managing their stressful lives and finding new perspectives for the future. It can be too much to even start making the first step, let along contacting a therapist to talk to about your life. The Grove Clinic now operates in Guernsey and in London, and we have been offering psychotherapy in both locations since 2005. Our service is based on the organising ideas of the Human Givens approach to psychotherapy. We will acknowledge the problem, and set goals, and plot our path to the objectives you have chosen. We'll do it compassionately, and with great care. We aim to have every client leaving our rooms feeling better than when they arrived, and with some small homework tasks to develop skills which will be useful in the future.

I work with people who might be struggling with sexual or relationship difficulties such as erectile dysfunction, rapid or delayed ejaculation, anxiety around sex, relationships and intimacy issues, sexual abuse or assault, sexual health issues, compulsive sexual behaviours, vulval pain conditions, vaginismus, dyspareunia (pain during intercourse), sexual orientation questions or insecurities, pornography issues, orgasmic or anorgasmic problems, sexual phobias or aversions, fears around lack of sexual experience, loss of desire, affairs, marital break ups, open relationships, kinks, bdsm, polyamory, addictions, codependency, trauma.
