My Systemic Psychotherapy training is the foundation on which I utilise, how we as human beings make sense of the world through our inter-relational experiences... I utilise other modalities like Emotionally Focused Therapy (Couples and Family) or EMDR (trauma) dependent on your needs. My degree of flexibility and experience broadens what I can offer you.
