Hi, I am Vicky, I offer face to face and online psychotherapy; play and art therapy for children and young people in the Sussex area. I am a therapist who has a holistic approach to helping children to heal by supporting both parents and their children . Through my work I have noticed that children with low confidence and low self-esteem can express this through becoming withdrawn and avoidant or becoming angry and controlling. Parents come to me and tell me their child always wants control or they feel like they are stepping on eggshells when around their child.
