Hi, I am Vicky, I offer face to face and online psychotherapy; play and art therapy for children and young people in the Sussex area. I have a private room located in Oving, Chichester as well as working in schools and other locations in West Sussex. I also offer support for parents, teachers and professionals. I specialise in working with young people who are impacted by trauma, anxiety, depressive symptoms and behavioural difficulties. I am a UKCP Registered Integrative Child Psychotherapist, trained in Integrative Child Psychotherapy; Counselling; Art and Play Therapy. I undertake work in a variety of settings; privately and in organisations such as schools, health and family centres. I also offer online therapy and from Spring 2025 I will be offering Adult Psychotherapeutic Counselling.
I am a humanistic, attachment based therapist, this approach is aimed at addressing the root cause of difficulties through the therapeutic relationship. I have a warm, non-judgemental and sensitive approach and you will receive utmost confidentiality and sensitivity. I also offer support and training to parents and professionals.
