Cosmic Psychotherapy for wild souls. My work is both virtual (for residents of Ontario; British Columbia, Alberta & Newfoundland) & in-person (at my off-grid retreat space in Northern Ontario & at 11:11 Alchemy Space in the Artist Village, Bali). I’m passionate about supporting clients with their inner world explorations. I work intuitively in sessions, trusting my inner nudges & encourage clients to do the same.
Therapy is a sacred space where thoughts/emotions/memories/symbolism rise to the surface to offer wisdom. My work is trauma informed & biographical. I seek to understand & attune to the history of my client as well as their family of origin, ancestry & soul path. I offer an integrative approach incorporating strategies that explore both the mind & body.
