We are a team of therapists with experience providing psychotherapy to children older than 10 (only 13+ at this time), teens, youth, and adults. We specialize in anxiety disorders (including panic, generalized anxiety, and worries), depression, self-esteem, emotional regulation, substance abuse, stress, bullying and harassment in the workplace, domestic violence and sexual assault, caregiver stress and burnout. We are trauma-informed and have a therapist that specializes in helping clients process specific types of trauma. We provide both in-person and online sessions.

Hello, my name is Kelly-Lee, I believe that every person is entitled to live a life that is healthy, wealthy and wise. For almost 20 years, I have worked with a wide variety of individuals, couples and groups from a diverse range of socioeconomic, cultural and sexually diverse backgrounds to help empower them to overcome misaligned belief systems that were blocking their mental health, their sense of harmony and well-being. My psychotherapy and counselling work are primarily Adlerian based and incorporates an eclectic array of cognitive, psychodynamic, experiential, somatic and evidence-based therapies.

I have over 30 years of experience in the field of social work and 20 years of experience as a family mediator. My professional expertise includes a background in psychiatry and management. I counsel individuals, couples and families. I work with clients experiencing stress and trauma, anxiety and depression, relationship and family conflict including neglect, abuse, anger management and gender identity issues. I help couples with relationship conflict, communication, sexuality and parenting challenges, separation and divorce. I have experience in working with individuals struggling with addictions, making career decisions grief and day to day challenges.
