I am the founder and sole practitioner of Mindful Map Counselling. I am licensed with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a Professional Member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). I completed advanced education and training at internationally recognized institutions, and I actively undertake ongoing professional development. Dr. Stradwick provides psychological services to children, adolescents, and adults. Areas of specialty include depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief and loss, developmental trauma, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and chronic pain/illness. I have worked with clients for over 30 years, and recently retired from the role of Clinical Director at a counselling agency to focus on a small private practice. I work in a relaxed atmosphere, out of my home, in the woods, which suits my counselling style well. Over the years I have worked with people with varying needs, including people who have experienced trauma, including childhood trauma, workplace trauma and war trauma. I work with individuals, couples, families and groups. I specialize in working with people who are willing to go beyond the surface to explore their own spiritual and personal growth.
