We provide evidence-based treatments for a variety of psychological problems including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, personality disorders, trauma, and issues related to identity and self-esteem. We help couples improve communication, and resolve conflicts to build a more secure bond. We treat teens experiencing anxiety, depression, self-injury, and other mental health problems. We provide treatment for children experiencing anxiety, depression, oppositional and defiant behaviour, ADHD, attachment difficulties, & school avoidance. We help those struggling with substance and alcohol problems.
Support for family members to care for their aging relatives, navigate the health/social services, make decisions about care and manage caregiver stress and burnout. Sport psychology services where we support clients seeking to optimize mental and emotional conditions to overcome obstacles and to achieve work, life, or athletic goals.
Lastly, we provide assessments to identify intellectual or learning disabilities, ADHD, giftedness, or developmental disabilities. We also provide assessments to diagnose mood and anxiety disorders, personality disorders and other factors related to current psychological difficulties
