"Couples Relationship Repair" is A five-week virtual therapy group focused on deepening connection. workshop aimed at providing Learn relationship dynamics, skills for communication and tools for de-escalation and connection to deepen your relationship. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Group for OCD Skills
“Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Group for OCD Skills Training” is a Learn cognitive behavioural treatment (CBT) strategies and tools for coping with OCD, discuss OCD-related topics, establish weekly personal recovery goals, opportunity to practice exposure response prevention, connect with others who understand what it’s like to live with OCD in a su pportive and non-judgemental space.
