We offer counselling and psychotherapy for individuals, couples and families, children and youth, who are dealing with mental health issues such as stress, depression, anxiety disorders trauma and PTSD, relationships, communication, life transitions, self-knowledge and self-esteem. We strive to increase wellbeing in our communities, by welcoming each client with warmth and compassion, and working with them to help improve their emotional, psychological and mental health and to thrive in their daily lives, careers and relationships. In-person sessions at our Kemptville location; virtually across Ontario.
We offer therapy specific to your individual needs. Our clinicians’ specialty areas include first responders and military, trauma, LGBTQ2S+, relationships and life transitions, children, teen, and couples/family therapy. We provide evidence-based, trauma-informed care, and offer bilingual services. Neurofeedback and Art Therapy are also part of our services.
