I support individuals with challenges related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, substance use, relationship issues, connection, belonging, loss, grief, and stressful life changes. Through providing warm, experiential and compassionate support I aim to create a space that is accepting, empowering and has lots of room for exploration. I emphasize a holistic approach and the importance of exploring the mind body connection in healing. My practice welcomes individuals of diverse gender identities, sexualities, ethnicities, cultural backgrounds, ages, abilities, and lifestyles.
I use an integrative therapeutic approach that draws from various modalities. We collaborate to build the trust that is needed for working with strong or overwhelming emotions, limiting beliefs, conflicting thoughts or traumatic memories. With curiosity and compassion we may pay particular attention to your ways of interacting in the world and with yourself.
I specialize in working with adults who have experienced trauma and painful or conflicted relationships with childhood caregivers.
