Thank you for your interest. I am a registered clinical psychologist who provides Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) to individuals who experience mood and anxiety issues (i.e. depression, panic, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder) as well as "OCD spectrum" disorders (e.g., hair pulling, skin picking). I value your time, and so my approach involves using evidence-based psychological treatments that have been found to be effective in the treatment of mood and anxiety. All sessions are online (not in person), for individuals living in Ontario, Canada.

I use a "skills based" approach, supporting your ability to manage difficult situations and cope more effectively.
I am the Director of Training and Clinical Lead for the Thompson Centre at Sunnybrook Hospital. I was the Clinical Lead for the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (Mood Unit). I supervise many allied health professionals, and have provided CBT and MBCT training workshops for professionals nationally and internationally.
